SC - Book recommendation/order of service

Thank you for your welcome, Stefan, You managed to answer many of the
questions I had but haven't had a chance to ask yet--so I thank you for
that, also!  I am currently buried in your files at your Florilegium  and
enjoying myself immensly!  My first task will be to find me a suitable name,
now that I know how to go about it.
