SC - Turkish Breakfast - Suggestions Anyone?

I believe I have seen, somewhere, a recipe for cooking camels hump.  I'm
not sure if it was authentic, period, or illusion food, though, as it was
years ago.  It struck me as humorous then, and so the title, at least, has
stuck with me.
