SC - Raw Oysters

Take several cats.  Skin carefully.  Need new strings for my string bass.  
Gut and remove all yuckie stuff.  Butcher as to make stew meat.

Flour meat with seasonings and brown.
Add broth and white wine.  Do not want to overpower the cute little things.  
Depending upon soup or stew add more or less liquid.
Add fresh garlic/onion, etc.,
add carrots and non period new potatoes
add fresh parsley, oregano and basil.  I like my purple ruffle best. 
I have not decided if fresh Rosemary is good with cat or not.
Add a rue or flour and seasoned butter to thicken if desired.

Simmer till tender over low heat.  Or bury in medium coals.

Serve with rice or fresh baked biscuits.
