Hello!  He did use Two 15th Century Cookery Books, as did I, but he only
lists about 150 of the approx. 400 recipes in the book.  Where a recipe is
found in Harl 279 and 4016, he generally opts for the 279 version.
He does not translate the recipes or offer modernizations, only a glossary
at the end.
Ashmole 1429 &  Harl. 4010 are typos.
