SC - gilding info

Greetings!

It appears in my eagerness to try and keep my hard drive somewhat trimmer
than in the past, I was over-eager and deleted the thread that discussed
gilding foods (and nuts). Naturally, I am now interested in that
information (what to delete, what to keep, it's a guessing game).

IIRC, someone post information on edible gilding, I think for nuts, perhaps
a spray can? Could someone please post that information back to me (off the
list).
