Since the specific instructions call for leaving the eggs on VERY low heat. I
would uspect that the time is really not that excessive. Anyway thanks for
posting the recipe. We now have a recipe that can simulate the 'tea egg' look
but definitely period and from the sound of it, infinietely more flavorful.
