The one period recipe I have doesn't even have mint--just sugar (or honey),
vinegar, and water. But it is in a chapter of drinks all vaguely similar
(flavored sugar or honey syrups to be diluted in hot or cold water). The
other ones are not called X sekanjabin or Y sekanjabin--they have their own
names.
