Both your Icelandic characters, Germanic characters, French and , yes,  even 
Eskimo and MArabic show up fine on my 'puter. It is simply a matter of doning 
a font search on the Web and downlaoding and installing the needed fonts. 
They are easily found and easily installed so folks really don't have a 
reason for not being able to read 'special' characters except , maybe, if 
they don't have web access.
