Hi,
I can buy galangal roots in the shops here (the netherlansds), I am not sure
whether it is large (laos) or small (kencur) galangal. If you (in the "old"
world) do not have any roots available, maybe I can set up a small exchange.
Maybe I can send a small amount to pennsic.

PS I do not know if you can get melenguetta pepper (grains of Paradise)in
the states, but they are for sale in some french shops.
