Either one if it served the purpose which was IIRC to produce a yellow yolk 
in a chocolate egg. If white chocolate is not in fact chocolate then 
comparing it to chocolate is like comparing chicken to carrots. Which example 
by the way would provide another type of illusion egg if you grind chicken 
breast to a mush and form it around a center of cooked mashed carrots formed 
into a ball?  The center would not taste like chicken but it would make a 
wonderful 'yolk' for such a dish.  :-)
