Adamantius asks about the apple denuder gizmo...

we;ve found it very useful, espeically when you're doing a big banquet and
want to give the task to someone less skilled. Its fun and a good job for
enthusiastic but not particularily skilled labor, like kids.

also, many models core at the same time,w hich means you end up with apples
that all look the same, which is a nice presentation thing.
