Stephan had the mac/cheese in his Flore-thingy, IIRC. It is basic macaroni 
and cheese. I seldom use modern premixes of any sort and Kraft MC certainly 
is not one of them.

It is parboiled and then fried in lard. No coating just chicken. The recipe 
was used at WoW and will be posted shortly. The basic fried chicken was what 
I meant, sauces are another matter altogether.

Are these cooks of some renown? I am unfamiliar with them.
