We just had medieval Thanksgiving leftovers for dinner. Sort of.

More precisely, Elizabeth used some of our leftover turkey in the "A 
Roast of Meat" recipe from the Andalusian cookbook--basically a 
medieval Islamic recipe for what to do with leftover roast meat. It's 
in the _Miscellany_.
