The question is, which original? There are three variations - late 13th
century Danish, 14th century Danish and 15th century Icelandic. There are
some variations in the recipes - I could post them, with translations, or
email them to you. And I´ve never understood why this is called Lord´s Salt,
because all the originals clearly say sauce (or rather, salsa), not salt,
and all specify that only a little salt should be used.
