SC - Wanted: opinions on these 2 cookbooks

	I have this one.  It is very pretty, with lots of nice pictures. 
However, the best it could be considered is 'ethnic' as far as our
documentation uses are concerned.  It does not even hint at sources, and
several dishes call for obviously New World ingredients like potatoes,
paprika, and the like.  It might be handy if you were trying to track
down the ancestor to a certain country's period recipie, but I wouldn't
use it for documentable SCA use.
