Well, online access has been free here in Iceland for quite some time - as I
understood it, they wanted to test this out in a small market (Iceland is
very popular for that, many international companies do trial runs of a new
product, service, marketing strategy, etc., here). I read somewhere that the
free access for everyone wouldn´t start until Friday - you could try again
then.
