In catching up with a large bunch of digests, I've noticed various 
requests for copies of old digests. What no one seems to have mentioned 
is that copies of all digests (as far as I can tell) are available at 
ftp://ftp.ansteorra.org/sca/archives/sca-cooks-digest/ 

(Note that that's "ftp://", not "http://"; regular Web browsers will 
still handle it quite happily.)
