  Recently I know we were discussing self publishing of  cookbooks. I just
wanted to toss out another option for those interested in this sort of
thing.  Iuniverse (www.iuniverse.com) is a  publisher working in conjunction
in with Barnes and Noble.
It costs about 100 dollars to start getting published with them, and your
books are carried in Barnes and Noble stores.

I don't know all the details, but thought you all might be interested.
