SC - Plastic Ware

I'll have to find the cook book at home.  It is not a period cookbook but
the dish is callded "traditional"  & except for the black pepper has no
other items that were not commonly available in the Viking period.  Anyways
the dish is one of my favorite Scandanavian foods.
