I purchase them at a factory outlet called the Cannery. If they were not 
available there then I would use the dried ones. What fascinated me mostly 
about the Brodo recipe is the amazing resemblance of the taste of the liquid 
to well made meat broth when it was finished. A definite to try and it would 
be a nice addition to any modern menu, IMO.
