Actually, when I was in the Larry's the other day (our upscale yuppy-Mart
here in seattle) they had packages of veal bones in the meat dept right next
to the beef bones for stock.  Of course they did NOT have pig feet which I
was looking for, but you can't have everything & my Olla Podrida came out
quite tasty even without them.  If you go to an actual butcher you should be
able to order veal bones even if they don't normally keep them in stock (no
pun intended).

Eden - who needs to order another 25 pound box of duck carcasses as she
seems to be out of duck stock!
