SC - Health, medicines, etc.

I have been lurking around this subject but now speaking my two cents.  I 
have learned to carry a small list of what meds I take and who my insurance 
co. is and my docs # in my pouch at all times usually taped to my inhailer.  
As an asthematic I find it very difficult to answer these questions when I 
am mid-episode (should I have one).  It has been well recieved the couple of 
times I needed it.
