SC - acrons and algae

Salut!
Someone mentioned worries about algae in toilet tanks due to standing
water.  Ulfr mentions just putting them in a stream.  If the stream acorns
are fine, so should be the toilet washed ones, as there is a VERY high
colonization rate of algae in streams.  In fact, that's the only reason I
can start an experiment a week after building an artifical stream...
Algae grows in most any (non-toxic) water (and even some toxic water as
well)
