Actually, I was getting the impression that she was speaking of places more
like Subway, where you go in, and either order one of their combos as
described, or you can have your own sandwich built by the counterperson,
with a choice of breads, meats/fillings, trims (onions or tomato, for
example) and condiments, then you're given a choice as to whether you want
it heated or not. Does that sound like what you're talking about, Lucretzia?
