I was browsing bookfinder.com, which lists used book dealers, and 
I spotted a copy of the Flower & Rosenbaum translation of Apicius 
at a decent price.  It's $20 plus shipping.  Thought someone might 
be interested, since I know it's a hard-to-find edition.  (I have no 
financial interest, and I already own a copy.)  The link is:

If you put "Flower Rosenbaum" (no quote marks) in the author 
search window, that will do it.
