Mmmmm!

I briefly dated an Iranian man while in college. He taught me to make
Persian-style rice -- he put a flour tortilla on the bottom! When done, a
beaten egg was mixed into the rice with a piece of the rich, golden,
crunchy tortilla was placed on top. Heavenly!
