Al-Baghdadi comes immediately to mind. Although not Persian in the strictest
since it certainly has influences including not a few of the recipe names
themselves that are directly borrowed from Persian cuisine. Another
similarity is the use of Persian Milk or yogurt in a number of recipes. I
would venture to say that Al-Baghdadi contains a lot of Persian influences
both directly and indirectly.
