Contrary to a certain famous phrase, martinis should be STIRRED not shaken.
Shaking 'bruises' the alcohol and makes for a much less satisfying last
mouthful of rocket fuel, as any decent bartender will tell you (just watch
them sneer when you ask for a martini the Bond way...  ;-)
