There is no easy way. I don't find it particularly difficult to separate the
meat from the bones. It is simply a matter of feel. With practice you
eventually learn to quickly discern edible and nonedible portions when
sorting through the pile. Simply strain off the broth through a sieve, cool
until it is able to be handled and then roll up your sleeves and plug away.
