It was my feast based on a theme around a 12th C Irish castle named 
Carrickfergus. I actually do have dulse in the stew, I just forgot to put it 
in the list of ingredients. I listed some of the sources earlier, If  you 
missed the email, email me privately and I'll send you the info.
