How does that go for celeriac?  My celeriac plant has pretty much taken over one
of the beds in my herb garden.  The leaves & stalks are sort of celery in
miniature & I generally use it in salads & soups.  It tastes similar to celery,
but the flavour is a bit more concentrated.  So, how would this go as a Lovage
substitute?
