ha...I wonder if this is a facet of a different level of hydrogenation,
or a difference in the tissues themselves. I'm reminded of the stuff
that sort of oozes out of a raw domestic goose: it's a sort of
free-flowing grease, apparently without [m]any membranes holding it
together. Around here, though, the only feet fat I've encountered is
from calves and is used as a leather dressing, often with silicon
lubricant added. Pfeh!
