You use the widemouth canning jars, that have no neck at all and you get
the bread out by running a long thin blade around the jar and the muffin
bread slides out. Then you slice it into rounds and arrange nicely on a
plate.

I have also seen it sent as a neat sort of gift-the dry ingredients and
dried fruit in the jar, you just add the liquid and cook it in the jar.

What is this "muffin bread"? In canning jars? How do you get it out of
the jar? With a spoon? Or by breaking the jar?
