I knew this was a good idea!

Ain't we great?

I'm trying to write up my class notes: "medieval cooking not weird" is the
idea and I'm thumbing through various books looking for recipes that, at
first glance, seem awfully familiar. French Toast will have a place, and
wafers/waffles, and various recipes that are omelettes with ____ stirred
in. Someone snagged the copy of Digby from UNC library, which is frustrating
because I know there is a chicken breast on salad greens recipe in there.
I've put a call out for it to be returned. OK, Digby is later than late
period, but still.

Bonne
(hooray for snow days! I have an extra day to work on this!)
