These "Grape Nuts" are turning up in the oddest places for me!  I am also on
a Fat Free list (no, I am not trying to live fat free - I love my cheese,
butter, olive oil, et cetera way too much for that.  There are some good
recipes to be had, though.) and a recipe for a slice or some such was posted
there which uses these.  I found it a bit incredible that they really fulfil
the requirements of the list title.  Am I misjudging them?
