Gee, I seem so foolish, I read that recipe, redacted it, but did not make 
that connection.  I realize the vinegar would have curdled it, But what 
would an earthen jar have done.  Just strain it?, or would there be a 
chemical reaction between the vineger(acid)and almond milk with the clay in 
the pot.
