I've heard this. Do you know if they change color because of minerals or
acids in soil, as hydrangeas do, or are they just cheerful?
Have eaten mashed deep blue potatos. They tasted fine with the eyes
(mine) closed, but were disconcerting when you were expecting the same
old potatos you've eaten for mumblety years.
