 "Libro de Guisados".  It's the 16th century Spanish cookbook I'm 
 translating, and from which I have occasionally posted recipes, which is 
 taken from an earlier Catalan work.  Ruperto de Nola, aka Mestre 
 Robert, identified himself as cook to King Ferrando of Naples.  Very 
 little is known about him, and IIRC, some scholars feel that the name is 
 a pseudonym.
