Bread freezes remarkably well, and will maintain bakery freshness for up to a
year, provided it is wrapped very well. Make sure the bread is very fresh to
begin with, allow it to cool completely (no condensation on the wrapping),
and then wrap it exceedingly well and toss it in the freezer. Relax, and
enjoy your event.
