Aaahhaahhh! An knowledgeable person, I have a question that has been
plaguing my family:

According to my Dad, "in the olden days when you bought chickens they were
bleed well, not anything like they are nowadays." He swears that if we
bought kosher chickens they would be bleed better.

So here's my question, it does seem to me you find more blood in the
chickens even if you soak them in salt water before you cook them to try
and draw the blood out. The theory of debate in my house is that
electrocuting them is the cause, instead of chopping their heads off.

Do the kosher plants kill and process chickens differently than other
plants that may help bleed the chickens better?

It's sort of humorous in my house, my Dad will eat a steak with the blood
almost dripping out of it, but if there's one little piece of cooked
chicken blood on that chicken he'll give the whole piece to the dog, and
will tell me not to serve anymore of the chicken to him!
