What a neat sounding book. Do you know if it is still in print? Guess I can

This is really not unusual. A copy of the Dictionary of American Food lists
an extensive vocabulary used by restaurant workers/cooks to communicate
various menu items. For instance, a pair of knickers was 2 cups of coffee.
