Me, I give up chocolate - one of my favorite things in the world.  I've done 
it for a couple of years now and I kind of enjoy the exercise of 
self-discipline (which I have so much trouble with in so many areas ;-)  ).  
Had four Ferrero Roche on Tuesday as my final splurge.  Hmmm .. best not to 
think of that now ... 39 days to go.
