There will be flush toilets and basins- until I have an idea of the size of
the event, I don't know if we'll need porta castles and appropriate
amenities.

I think, as far as drop clothes and the like, it will be advertised as a
picnic event- if you want a table and chairs, or a drop cloth, bring it.....
