Hi,
    when we wanted mead for my wedding, we had a lot of trouble having it
shipped to us. (TX and Louisiana)  It is not legal to ship liquor to some states
unless you are a liquor distributor.  We even had a friend who was a liquor
wholesaler and still could not get the mead I wanted.  (it has to do with taxes
more than anything, IMHO.)  It is legal to ship liquor to Oregon where my
in-laws live, I had to ship it to them and they brought it to the wedding.
