It does look nice, and the German cookbooks call for things to be in
models, or forms, even if the English ones don't specify that.  I should
have thought of it!  I've often wanted to put a mortrews into some of my
copper molds, but never had enough refrigerator space to keep enough
molded dishes for every table.
