SC - cooking times

Wouldn't it depend on what you're using to create your message? I need to use an
awful, awful lot of non-standard words and abbreviations at work, and I can add
them into my "dictionary" when I'm using Microsoft Word.  Don't know about
textpad, notepad, etc, though.
