One of the gadget catalogs that keep showing up in my mailbox has a 
small glass still. It explains what it is for, but includes a brief 
note that of course you aren't actually allowed to use it. While it 
is possible that most people who buy it intend to put it on a shelf 
as a curiousity, that isn't my guess.
