I have been off list for a while so forgive me if this has been mentioned. I would highly recommend Cindy Renfrows books, _Take a Thousand Eggs_ as first "primers" so to speak. They have already redacted recipes along with the original, to get you used to seeing what you will have to work with. Aldyth
