RE: Martha and chickens

She does have first hand knowledge.  I happened to see one of her shows a
year or so ago.  She was showing off her own pure breeds of chickens.  Has a
special barn and pens for them.  Inf act she had mentioned she had "judged"
at one of the big poultry shows (was it Boston?).  Not true judging, but I
think she said she selected the "prettiest" or something like that.  Martha
does have some rural roots - knows chickens - and endorses fresh eggs.
