I have my copy right here
2-3 bunches scallions
2 lbs spinach
sprigs of parsley and other fresh herbs
2-3 cups chicken broth
1/2 teaspoon sugar
pinch each ground cardamom and coriander
6 egg yolks or 3 eggs well beaten
1 tablespoon rice flour, dissolved in 1/4 cup milk
salt to taste
Hope this is in time to help, would have answered earlier but was busy
typing up some of the recipes for a gathering next week.
